User Data Deletion Instructions

NEWFLO ENTERPRISE, INC. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of the data we hold about you, including data obtained through connected accounts such as Facebook and Instagram on our software products, including BRENTRION (brentrion.com).

Option 1: Remove the App via Facebook Settings

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to BRENTRION through Meta login, you can disconnect it at any time directly from your Facebook account:

  • Log in to Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
  • Open the Apps and Websites section.
  • Find BRENTRION in the list of active apps.
  • Select it, click Remove, and confirm.

Removing the app revokes its permission to access your Facebook/Instagram profile and page information and stops any further data sharing.

Option 2: Email a Data Deletion Request

You may also request deletion of your data by emailing us:

  • Email: Newflo@newfloenterpriseinc.com
  • Subject line: Data Deletion Request
  • Include your name, the email address associated with your account, and (if applicable) the Facebook/Instagram account you connected to BRENTRION.

Upon verifying your identity, we will permanently delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days. Where we are legally required to retain certain records (for example, for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes), we will retain only the minimum data necessary and continue to protect it.

What Gets Deleted

When we process a deletion request, we remove the personal data we collected from or about you, including:

  • Account information (name, email, profile details)
  • Facebook and Instagram profile and page information accessed through Meta login
  • Content and posts published on your behalf through BRENTRION that we stored
  • Usage data and activity associated with your account
